The bike driven friend got discharged from hospital in the time of two week from Medical college hospital . But Biju varghese recovered from como in a month . His Head Injury is with 48 stitches . His Spinal cord is injured . Ayurvedic treatment and bed rest of two years he had to pass .

Once his neighboring Electric shop owner Reji Chayan , told him of the possible or opportunities in the Electronic choke Assembling . He bought the product kit and assembled it to save money for his medical treatment expense . He Assemble Thousand number of chokes . Stabilizer , inverter etc Biju Varghese Assemble and sold in the shop. One Day while viewing the TC Programs ,Unexpectedly in National Geographic Channel , American President Air force plane details reports was shown that include Airplane cockpit and inside cabin where every thing is operated through one lever he came to know . Similarly the brake , Acclerator , clutch every thing is one lever connection can be operator by a hand lever model car he image to design .On a aluminium sheet he converted what is in his mind and design of the lever . As a blessing in this time he received the accident claim . He then bought a wagon R .

In the Work shop in kerala , he shown the design . 6 month time , he took to make this in order and fitted the car with a new feature Gear System . From that cables to brake , accelerator, clutch joined . In the end it was success . Alone drive the car from workshop to his house he cam back . Hearing this car many people came to meet Biju varghese . He designed the car . Kanjirappy Society director Father Kuttupallackal kerala asked for Biju discoveries , reports and Biodata .That way from around 2300 entries , he received the Best Inventor award .

In continuation , President A.P.J Abdul Kalam asked to give him the product Patent. National Invention foundation 2007 given for rural village discoveries award from former President A.P.J Abdula Kalam won by or given to Biju varghese . Honda, Ford , Skoda , Mahindra , etc 14 companies 80 No Model Vehicle Alteration work certificate M.R.A.I given . Biju technology can be implemented approval also given .

Biju Received Five National Award , In 2012 Indian government he got a other major National award . At later in 2013 word physical handicapped and disabled day , for Physical handicapped people model car design manufacturing he is given the state award .

He received the C.N.N channel given India Positive award , Kelvin Ability foundation giving national , 50,000 Rs certificate and Momentum is given .

Post Accident Life every hour was very painful in Biju Life . Accident post treatment he got admitted to Assis hospital due to pain , Lab technican Juby become Biju Life partner and got married to Juby
